Evening Standard Ex-Beefeater boss's claim of unfair dismissal at Tower is thrown out Evening Standard Major General Keith Cima, 60, said he was dismissed for tackling a culture of bullying, cannabis-growing and ” Spanish practices” among Beefeaters.
